As a cancer mom who became a bereaved mom, I know what it feels like to live inside a life — and a body — you no longer recognize.

After experiencing what I can only describe as cellular collapse, I began using genetic pattern mapping as a way to understand what my body was trying to communicate beneath the fatigue, inflammation, brain fog, sleepless nights, nervous system exhaustion, and deep depletion. I needed to find a way back to the light so I could live.

That journey became my mission.

I’m a naturopathic practitioner with a background in holistic nutrition, functional genomics, and integrative wellness.

But this work is personal too.

I know what it is to walk through prolonged caregiving, medical trauma, and devastating child loss. I know what it is to live inside the kind of stress that reshapes your nervous system, your energy, your identity, and your body.

That experience changed me, and it changed how I see wellness.

It made me deeply aware that mothers are often carrying far more than anyone can see — and that the body reflects that burden in ways that deserve more context, compassion, and personalization than most women ever receive.

That is why I do this work the way I do.
